1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sahti, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Sahti is an AI-powered health consultation platform that provides clinical intake assessments. The service is designed to help users organize and communicate their health concerns, not to replace professional medical care.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Sahti is not a licensed medical provider and does not practice medicine.

  • The AI-generated assessments are not medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment plans.
  • Sahti does not replace a visit to a qualified healthcare professional.
  • In a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on Sahti for emergency care.
  • You should always consult a licensed physician or healthcare provider for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sahti. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful health information during consultations.
  • Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Do not use the service for purposes other than personal health consultation.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security controls.

6. AI Limitations

The AI system powering Sahti is a tool that assists in organizing health information. It has inherent limitations:

  • It may produce inaccurate or incomplete assessments.
  • It cannot perform physical examinations, order tests, or prescribe treatments.
  • Its output should be treated as informational, not as medical advice.
  • Performance may vary depending on the quality and completeness of information provided.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Sahti is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your health data. By using Sahti, you consent to the data practices described therein.

8. Sharing Consultations

You may generate share links to share consultation summaries or full transcripts with healthcare providers. Share links expire after 5 days and can be revoked at any time. You are responsible for who you share these links with — anyone with the link can view the shared content until it expires or is revoked.

9. Account Termination and Data Retention

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. When you delete your account:

  • Your personal identifying information (name, date of birth, contact details) is removed immediately.
  • Your login credentials are permanently deleted.
  • De-identified health records are retained for a minimum of 25 years from the date of your last health record activity, as required by UAE Federal Law No. 2 of 2019. This data cannot be linked back to you after anonymization.
  • After the 25-year retention period, all remaining data is automatically and permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sahti and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated assessments.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Your continued use of Sahti after changes constitutes acceptance.
